Mirage Ratnayake

Managing Director & CEO

Mirage Ratnayake Perth Perth-based executive with 10 years experience in financial management. 

Mirage Ratnayake is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder of Beloved Care Services Disability and Aged Care.

Passionate about producing better outcomes for people with disability, and mental health.

Mirage brings emotional intelligence skills with a flair for planning, designing, creating, innovative, and practical knowledge in psychosocial recovery coaching, person-centered practices, and choice and control. He has a great understanding of the struggles people with disability, their families, and carers face.

Mirage has a Master of Business in Banking and Finance, a Bachelor of Psychology, a Diploma in Project Management, Diplomas in Leadership and Management, and Human Resources Management.

Anthony Katris

NDIS Service Coordination Manager

Anthony is an experienced Support Coordinator with over 5 years in disability. Throughout his career, he has worked with people of all ages and abilities. 

Anthony is deeply passionate about creating a society where everyone can live positively, confidently, and happily in their day-to-day life.

As a Service Coordinator, he gets to bring his passion to work and make sure participants get the best level of care. Anthony is an active listener and strives to gain a deep understanding of participants’ needs and goals. Together, Anthony and his team develop a personalised service plan that ensures participants get the support they need when they need it.

Anthony has a Diploma in Community Service.

Cathy Beukes

Psychosocial Recovery Coach

A dedicated human services professional with a long history in the human service sector.  She holds an Advanced Certificate in Disability Studies, and a Diploma of Mental Health.

Cathy is passionate about helping others, being creative, learning, and making a difference in others’ lives.

  • Enjoys working with ASD/ADHD children & adolescents.
  • Enjoys working with mental health, substance use/disorders, and ASD.
  • Passionate about working with people and especially enthusiastic about supporting those within the disability sector.
  • Passionate about supporting people to live their best life, no matter what it might look like!
  • Loves getting to know others, listening to their stories and lending an empathetic and understanding ear when needed.
  • Has experience working with personality disorders, psychotic disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and trauma.

Charan Inder

Clinical Nurse & Clinical Educator

Meet our Clinical Nurse and Clinical Educator, Charan. Charan has postgraduate qualifications in nursing practice and clinical nursing, including a Master of Healthcare Administration, Policy and Clinical Leadership from Murdoch University.

Charan has indepth experience in acute, complex, medical, surgical, mental health and emergency nursing as well as postgraduate research and teaching.

Charan is currently working in Community, where he is responsible for providing care to people of all ages in their homes and other community settings. Charan is passionate about providing high-quality person-centred care to his participants, and he is committed to making a difference in the lives of people in the community. He is also responsible for the education and training of support workers.
